Also includes deleted "Over the Rainbow" reprise, Ray Bolger's Scarecrow dance sequence, dress rehearsal film of deleted number "The Jitterbug," first soundtrack recording of "If I Only Had a Heart" sung by Buddy Ebsen (the original Tin Man), and newsreel footage of Judy Garland accepting her 1939 Oscar.
