Billy invents a cactus bush that grows beautiful apples, but they taste terrible! It needs good soil to grow in. Like Billy's apples, if we want to produce spritual fruit, we must put our roots in the good soil of God's word.

Personal items are disappearing from the lab. When Dr. Wonder investigates, he finds that Billy has been borrowing things without permission.

Billy is having a rough week. One way or another, he is creating problems for everyone in the lab. Today is his birthday, and he thinks nobody will remember, but they still throw him a surprise party in spite of his failures, because they still love him no matter what.

Billy tries to assemble Lisa's new desk for her. He learns that following the designer's directions is important.

The team makes an effort to praise Edwin, but he doesn't really know how to accept praise and brushes them off making his friends feel bad. Dr. Wonder helps him understand how accepting praise is as imortant as giving it.

Paula's experiment goes awry when a beaker boils, foams and explodes. An orange haze permiates the entire lab, and everyone becomes selfish and blames each other. Dr. Wonder returns and immediately airs out the room to get rid of the selfish toxins.
